The system has an energy input for generating a plasma bubble in a fluid fuel by an energy impulse, and a special high-pressure combustion chamber (3) in which energy is supplied by insulated electrodes (11). Shock wave reflectors are integrated in the input. Propagation velocity of the bubble is directly influenced by the input, and focused shock waves generate injection pressure for direct transport of fuel into the chamber. The injection pressure is regulated by height of the input, and frequency of injection processes directly corresponds to frequency of the energy impulse and regulated.
