The method involves sucking normal goods (39) at an opposite side of a drop shaft (2) and proximity to an upper side of a conveyor (11) in a traveling direction (13) of the conveyor. Contamination goods, which comprise rough and heavy parts (8), reach the conveyor based on speed, which is higher compared to the normal goods. The contamination goods are separated from the normal goods by gravitational force action. Low pressure that is caused at an upper side of the conveyor is partially balanced by low pressure that is applied at a lower side of the conveyor. An independent claim is also included for a device for drying and visual inspection of dry, glued fibers for manufacturing a fiber board.
