The device (1) has a turbine unit (2), an inductive electronic circuit (8), and a turbine wheel (2a) rotatably mounted in a housing (6). The device is arranged in a flow direction and provided in a recess (7) in a form-fit manner. Geometry of a blade (2b) of the turbine unit is suitable for high flow rate. The inductive electronic circuit is arranged radial to an axis of the device and outside of the recess. The blade exhibits a magnetic recess that receives magnets (4). The inductive electronic circuit works according to a Hall-sensor principle.
