The device (10) has a drive (12), a transmission part (14) and a contact disk including two concentrically arranged contact paths with different radii. A slider for contacting the contact paths is formed between the contact paths in a reversal point in a pendulum fashion, where the paths are arranged in different height in the reversal points regarding a plane formed by the disk. Each path corresponds with a pre-determined direction of rotation of the drive. The slider is subjected with a spring and provided with a switch. A partition is provided between the paths, and ends in the points.
