The wheel (1) has a set of teeth (3) comprising a magnetic polarity (4). Power transmission is performed at the teeth by radial magnetic repulsion. Reduced radial deflection forces are transferred to a shaft bearing of an axis of rotation when reduced rotational power transmission is executed. The teeth are formed by permanent magnetic material or electromagnet. The teeth are provided with an enclosure in a form of mechanical gear teeth, and include a work piece. An axis of a rotatable shaft is parallel to an axis of a gear shaft (2) of another set of teeth.
