The method and technical process for synthesis of metallic, finely divided powder, in which starting materials (K1, K2, K3, K4) are present in outlet area in a nozzle in contact step, and form particles, comprise spraying, obscuring or dripping the starting materials during the reaction in the outlet area, and obtaining the reaction product through the reaction and spray atomization or dripping process as particles that have the size of the metallic powder. A single nozzle or arrangements of nozzles are used in the process that spray, obscure or drip the substances in suitable manner. The method and technical process for synthesis of metallic, finely divided powder, in which starting materials (K1, K2, K3, K4) are present in an outlet area in a nozzle in contact step, and form particles, comprise spraying, obscuring or dripping the starting materials during the reaction in the outlet area of the nozzle, and obtaining the reaction product through the reaction and spray atomization or dripping process as particles that have the size of the metallic powder. A single nozzle or arrangements of nozzles are used in the process that spray, obscure or drip the substances in suitable manner. The sprayed particles are subjected to a subsequent reaction for the formation of metal particles. The metal particles are directly formed in the outlet area of the nozzle. The process is carried out in continuous or discontinuous or batch wise manner. The obtained particle has a diameter of 0.01-500 mu m. The diameter of the obtained particle is purported by the type of related nozzle or adjustment of the related nozzle. The particles are formed in the outlet area of the nozzle through a chemical reaction such as a reduction reaction. A metallic melt with a second medium is introduced in the outlet area of the nozzle and the particles are formed through physical influences. An independent claim is included for a plant for synthesis of metallic, finely divided powder.
