The device has a microprocessor switch equipped with sound sensors. The microprocessor deactivates energy for heating water in a point based on a regulation algorithm. The point is determined using an acoustic parameter such that no unnecessary energy is supplied. A microphone is connected with control electronics using a wire. A base frame serves for placing cables and as a space for connection contacts (2). A housing (6) is utilized as a water container for fluid (3) i.e. water. An electronic circuit (9) and an acoustic sensor (1) are provided in the base frame.
