The valve system (3) has a movable closure element mechanically connected with a movable actuating element for opening and closing the valve system depending on a position of the actuating element. A chamber (19) has a freely movable ball element (23), and the actuating element partially extends into the chamber such that the ball element actuates the actuating element by force of gravity. The actuating element has a retaining area with a recess for retaining the ball element, where the actuating element is elastically fastened using spring force. An independent claim is also included for a fluid container comprising a container element made of flexible polymer material.
