The gun has a water jet, a gun tube (1), a water connection, and a unit for generating pressure, where impulses of the water jet comprise a unit e.g. flexible hose (7) and cartridge, for preventing diffusion of the water jet. The flexible hose is made of an elastic material, and the cartridge is made of an inelastic material with density of smaller than 1 kg per cubic decimeter. The diffusion prevention unit comprises an acoustic stimulant or pyrotechnical stimulant. The flexible hose is suspended from the gun tube, and the cartridge is supported in a stack.
