The method involves providing technical devices e.g. light (10) and audio device (7), with a transmission device for outputting and receiving state and modification information and for interaction on correcting variables such as brightness and volume, of the technical device. Each technical device communicating with a central control unit (15) e.g. video telephone, is selected for interaction by a user by a touchscreen of the control unit. The technical device is interfered during change of the correcting variable by the control unit.
