The device has a housing (14) for receiving a needle (12), and an outlet opening (16) formed at an end of the housing. The needle is moved between a retracted position and a piercing position, where the needle is completely received in the housing in the retracted position. A return spring (28) tightens and unlocks the needle into the piercing position, and another return spring (22) moves the needle backwards into a starting position after tightening and unlocking the needle. The two return springs are designed as spiral springs.
