The cleaner (1) has a housing (11) provided with a ventilation opening (15). A filtering- and cleaning- unit (2) is provided in the housing and consists of a cleaning component. An electrical blower (3) and an air speed control unit (31) are arranged in the housing, where the blower pulls air through an air intake (14) into the housing by controlling the air speed control unit. The blower supplies the air to a user by the filtering and cleaning unit and the opening, which is connected with an end of a line (151) whose other end has a fitting unit for fitting in into a nose of the user.
