The handle (2) has a support (6) for a working tool, where a rinsing channel (28) and a suction channel (26) are in connection with the support. The suction channel and the rinsing channel are led through a valve support (48), where an exchangeable valve insert is used in the support and provided with a valve i.e. touch valve, for opening and closing the suction channel and the rinsing channels. A bridgeover insert (54) is used in the valve support and comprises constantly open flow paths (56) for the suction channel and the rinsing channel.
