The lock (01) has a steer tube (04) coaxially and rotatably arranged in a head tube (02) of a bicycle frame (03). A rotational movement blocking unit blocks a rotational movement of the steer tube relative to the head tube in a closing position and releases the rotational movement in a driving position. The unit and a lock mechanism are accommodated in the bicycle frame, where the lock mechanism is actuatable by a key for actuating the unit from the closing position to the driving position and vice versa. A pin is engaged in a recess of the unit in the closing position.
