A transparent electrically conductive film for a solar cell which is sandwiched between photoelectric conversion layers of a multiple solar cell, characterized in that: (a) the electrically conductive film is formed in a state in which a layer of fine particles is impregnated with a binder layer using a wet coating method is to impregnate and bake a dispersion containing a binder into a coating film of fine particles formed by coating an electroconductive containing fine particle dispersion using a wet coating method, or (b) the electroconductive film by baking a coating film obtained by application an electroconductive fine particles and a binder-containing composition for a transparent electroconductive film is formed using a wet coating method; wherein the electroconductive component is present in the base material forming the electroconductive film in a range of 5 to 95% by weight, and the thickness of the electroconductive film is in the range of 5 to 200 nm.
