The microphone has a freely supported graphical structure for electrical conductive connection of electrodes and formed as a single wire, fiber or cable with a set of small carbon nano tubes (10), where the graphical structure is formed as metallic contact pads (20). The wire, fiber or cable is arranged in a recess in a cabinet. A sealing compound and/or a ceramic compound i.e. low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) compound, produce electrical contact of the carbon nano tubes with terminal structures of a support substrate. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing a carbon nano tube-ultrasound quick microphone (2) a method for non-destructive material testing or medical diagnostic or therapy using ultrasound.
