The method involves applying a covering layer from a curable mass e.g. baking enamel such as -2 component paint, on a lattice e.g. fabric or multi-ply fabric, where the covering layer is cured and location-selectively removed by radiation of laser i.e. Yttrium aluminum garnet laser. The baking enamel is burned and cured at a temperature above 180 degree Celsius, where the paint comprises a high mechanical wear resistance and the lattice is made of material such as metal, glass fibers and/or carbon fibers. An independent claim is also included for a stencil with a lattice.
