The gearbox device (1) has a power split and a hydrostatic device (4) formed by two hydrostatic shafts (28,29). The hydrostatic shafts have two power branches (3,5), where each power branch has a forward driving area and a rear driving area. Each of multiple switching elements (K1-K3) is arranged on a separate countershaft (14,15,16). One countershaft is provided for representing a further driving area. A power flow is guided back to another countershaft of a primary driving area and then to a gearbox output shaft (8).
