The device (1) has a probe housing (5) connected with a complementary connector of a process container by a process terminal (3). The device is formed such that heat transfers between a process chamber (8) and measuring mediums in the process container. A part of the device stays in contact with the process container or the measuring mediums in the process container in an area of contacts with the measuring mediums or the process container to reach temperature of less than 50 degree Celsius during sterilization in the process chamber.
