The device has two electrical external vibrators (2) moving in opposite directions for producing a vertical oscillation, where the device cleans materials with water hammer effect that is produced by a vertical oscillation and amplified by vacuum. A vibration jar (7) is provided on a vibration damper base and guided to a vacuum pump (6) within an airtight housing (4) with a lid (9) and a vacuum connector (8). The vacuum pump produces vacuum in the housing, and a water hammer produces a shock wave in water in jar for producing cavitations to clean the material.
