The hose is made from temperature-stable filament yarn and designed as a round-knitted hose, where the filament yarn consists of silica fibers. The silica fibers are made by chemical leach of E-glass fibers, where the silica fibers consist of silicon dioxide contents of more than 90 percent of weight. The filament yarn comprising two to six filaments. The filament yarn is wound upto 100 revolutions per meter. The filament yarn is supplied to a knitting head of a circular knitting machine. The filament yarn is decreased by a yarn carrier. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a textile hose.
