The system comprises a reactor (1), an ion injector (2) and two ion accelerators (3), where a magnetic coil (8a) has greater number of turns as compared to another magnetic coil (8). Other magnetic coils (9,9a) and counter-proceeding ion currents focus on a pattern in a coaxial manner, such that a current from the magnetic coils is directed into the inner space of an oncoming current with larger cross-section. Ion currents are focused in magnetic fields (B) of the magnetic coils, where the ion concentration exceeds a maximum value in the outer layers.
