The pump (3) has a fastening unit fastened to a hollow handlebar bracket (1) of a two-wheeler i.e. bicycle, and/or a suspended handle (2) that is partly brought up to the handlebar bracket. The pump is sectionally introduced into the handlebar bracket. A clamping unit of the fastening unit is connected to an inner side of the handlebar bracket. A screw thread unit of the fastening unit is connected with the handle bracket by a screw. A terminal piece for a valve of a tire of the two-wheeler is attached at a flexible hose. An end of the pump serves as an end plug of the handlebar bracket. An independent claim is also included for a handle comprising a fastening unit.
