The element has a tubular spring (1) whose walls comprise axially stepped concentric recesses, where the spring exhibits a hollow cylindrical, hollow prism or cone shape. An actuated interconnection is provided at two ends of the tubular spring and a control element (2). Length and/or rigidity of the element are adjusted by number of recesses in the spring bridged with the control element. The tubular spring and the control element comprise an external thread and an internal thread, respectively. The recesses exhibit elongated shape with edging or tilting contour.
