The wind power machine has a device for converting flow energy of the wind into usable energy. The device has a rotor, where the rotor rotational axis is aligned parallel to a rotational axis. The wheel body, particularly on the inner side, has adjusting units to provide the adjustment of the rotor blades (9). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a wind power plant with stabilizing rods; and (2) a method for generating usable energy from the flow energy of the wind using a wind power machine.
