The method involves impinging and atomizing the oil with pressure, so that the oil is burst during the atomization in nano-fine droplets. The oil is injected in a mist chamber (20) with the high pressure. The vegetable oil is mixed with vitamins and medicines. The droplets are loaded electrically and discharge the bio-photons. An independent claim is also included for producing bio-photons by spraying vegetable oils in nano-droplets for inhalation.
