The board (1) has corner elements (3) provided in corner areas of a rectangular material plate (2) i.e. pin wall, and designed as bending mold parts. The corner elements comprise a base area that is formed parallel to the plate, and two rectangular material bars are arranged at edges of the base area. The bars are formed and bent such that the bars form a hollow section, where the section encloses the corner region of the plate. One of the bars comprise a bar molding that is formed at a distance from the base area and engages with a bar-edge-side open hole of the other bar. An independent claim is also included for a pot-shaped container for storing retaining pins, comprising a holding member.
