Internal combustion engine for hybrid car, has electric engine provided with rotor, shaft linked or coupled with rotor in torque-proof manner, where rotational axis of rotor vertically runs to rotational axis of shaft
The engine (10) has an electric engine (52) provided with a rotor (50), and a shaft (30) e.g. drive shaft and crank shaft, linked or coupled with the rotor in a torque-proof manner. A rotational axis (54) of the rotor vertically runs to a rotational axis (38) of the shaft. The rotor and the shaft are coupled to each other or coupled over a bevel gear fixture (46) with bevel gears (44, 48), where one of the bevel gears is linked with the shaft and another bevel gear is linked with the rotor. The former bevel gears are arranged between crank pins (34, 36) of the crank shaft.
