The system (11) has a cooling device cooling air in an air stream channel. The channel comprises an intake port (41) and an exhaust port (42) that are connected with a switchgear cabinet inner space. The system is embedded with a rear side of a switchgear cabinet (10), so that a rear part of the system is projected into the cabinet inner space, and partially present in the cabinet inner space. An assembly board (19) in the cabinet inner space is mounted on the rear part of the system, and comprises apertures formed below the exhaust port and above the intake port, respectively.
