The assembly- and transport device (1) has a base (2) which carries a receiver (3), where the receiver has a bearing block (15) with a clamping device (24). The receiver is stretched in the bearing block by an axle (22). An object is fixed at the axle and the axle is rotatable in unfastened condition of the clamping device.
