The machine (1) has a stirring jar (7) locked by a cover plate (9). A gasket is arranged between the cover plate and an opening edge of the stirring jar. The cover plate is lockable by bolt elements, where the bolt elements are engaged in a rear grip formed at the cover plate or the stirring jar. Movement of the bolt elements is effected by an actuator provided at the machine, where the actuator is arranged outside of the stirring jar. The bolt elements are designed to be moveable hydraulically or pneumatically or mechanically.
