The device has a splitting cone provided with an external thread (3), and a rotating rammer (2) driven by an electromotor, a hydraulic motor, a pneumatic motor or a combustion engine. The rammer is operated in two rotation directions, and the electromotor, the hydraulic motor and the pneumatic motor are rotated in clockwise direction and anti-clockwise direction. A flange or a clutch (10) is provided for operating the device with a carrier vehicle, and an exchangeable cone tip is provided in the splitting cone.
