The unit has a capacitor whose electrodes (1, 1') are designed as a resonator for harmonic processing of a high frequency electromagnetic alternating field that is produced by a coil. The capacitor is partially filled with a dielectric (2) whose dielectric constant exhibits value that ranges from 10 to 10000. The capacitor has a recess (3) for holding a sample to be examined in an area of a node for harmonic processing of the high frequency electromagnetic alternating field. The dielectric is utilized as ferroelectric such as barium titanate or lead-zirconate-titanate.
