The method involves arranging temperature sensors (7,8), where the former temperature sensor is provided for the hot water temperature in a connection line (2). A comparison of measured values of the both temperature sensors takes place. A circulation pump (1) is set in operation during achieving or exceeding a predetermined threshold value for the temperature difference. An independent claim is also included for an arrangement for executing a circulation pump controlling method.
