Method for contactless magnetic navigation of endoscope casing in human stomach, involves filling workspace with liquid, where liquid is provided with non-inert hydrophobic liquid layer at horizontal boundary surface
The method involves filling a workspace (1) i.e. human stomach, with a liquid i.e. water. The liquid is provided with a hydrophoboic liquid layer e.g. non-inert hydrophobic liquid layer and inert hydrophobic liquid layer, at a horizontal boundary surface. The hydrophobic liquid layer is provided with a low density or a large density as that of the liquid, where the hydrophobic layer comprises oil. The hydrophoboic liquid layer is biocompatible. An independent claim is also included for a system for contactless magnetic navigation of a magnetic body in a workspace.
