The insulating mat has a top part coated with spacer fabric, plastic or fiber materials, where the insulating mat is made of air-or water-impermeable material. A connection between a mattress or mat and the spacer fabric is fixedly or releasably formed. The spacer fabric comprises a diffusion permeable textile layer on the top part. An air space is formed between the textile layer and another textile layer of the spacer fabric by pile threads and makes air circulation. The pile threads are made of plastic material.
