Utilization of substrate for non-invasive determination of epidermal barrier of skin of human, using reaction adhesive, where substrate with adhesive and removed skin layers is utilized as sample for determination of barriers

The utilization of the substrate using a reaction adhesive i.e. cyanoacrylate, that penetrates and rapidly hardens epidermal barriers of skin. The substrate is applied on a skin surface and is removed after from the skin surface after the reaction adhesive is hardened. The substrate with the reaction adhesive and removed skin layers is utilized as a sample for determination of the epidermal barriers by an electron microscope or a scanning force microscope, where viscosity of the adhesive amounts to 70 to 100 centipoises at 25 degrees Celsius. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for realizing skin rupture (2) a method for non-invasive determination of epidermal barrier of skin (3) a device for non-invasive determination of epidermal barrier of skin.
