The method involves heating an air-impermeable film (10) locally, and deep-drawing a flow channel (14) in a limiting channel region (12) of the film. A shrinkage region (A) is provided in the channel region using deep-drawing process for compensation of shrinkage of the channel region caused by cooling of the film, where the channel region partially exhibits a wavy cross-section and comprises a pleat. The film is formed with a passage opening (18) after deep-drawing and/or cooling of the film, where air passes through the opening in flow direction.
