The shutter has a hanging (1) comprising a Venetian blind type turnable surface portions. A profile of the surface portions is turnable against a profile of the shutter hanging, which comprises turn profile axles. Venetian blind segments are distributed optionally over an entire shutter hanging surface and limited on certain sections, where form of the segments can be varied. The profile axles are utilized as break securing units. A turnable profile (5) of the turnable surface portions is supported by a non-turnable profile of the shutter hanging via the turn profile axles.
