The strip (11) has a profile that is provided on an edge profile of a mold half (10). The strip is partially formed from individual planar sections (12-15) and provided with angular elements (18-20), where the planar sections are attached at a circumferential strip (16) of the mold half. The planar portions are cut or punched out of a planar plate that is provided with thickness of 8 mm. The planar portions are formed from stainless steel or plastic. The planar portions are screwed with an inner wall of the circumferential strip by screws (17).
