The injection molding machine part comprises a metal particularly plate-shaped base body (2), where the base body of the molding part is connected to a mineral or metal foam casting area, two force application areas over which deformation force is introduced, low stress areas, mineral casting or metal foam (3) casting areas present in the low stress areas, a handling arm attachment region for fixing in another part of injection molding machines, and a distal end. The base body of the injection part consists of hollow castings or a welded construction in the force application areas. The injection molding machine part comprises a metal particularly plate-shaped base body (2), where the base body of the molding part is connected to a mineral or metal foam casting area, two force application areas over which deformation force is introduced, low stress areas, mineral casting or metal foam (3) casting areas present in the low stress areas, a handling arm attachment region for fixing in another part of injection molding machines, and a distal end. The base body of the injection part consists of hollow castings or a welded construction in the force application areas. Two opposing forces are applied in the force application areas. The base body of hollow castings or welded construction has an outer shape (4) and intermediate connecting ribs. Modulus of elasticity in the force application areas is 60 GPa, and in the low stress areas is below 10 GPa. The base body of the injection part has an attachment region, in which a recess to attach an additional injection part is formed. The recess comprises a screw thread, an internal thread, or a T-shaped groove. The depth of the recess is smaller than the thickness of the base body in the attachment region. An adhesive layer or a solder is arranged between the base body and the mineral casting or metal foam casting areas. The proportion of mineral casting or metal foam casting area increases from the attachment area to the distal end. An independent claim is included for an injection molding machine comprising injection molding part.
