A composition for forming an electron emission source, an electron emission source manufactured from the same, and an electron emission device comprising the same are provided to form an accurate pattern by improving exposure sensitivity. An electron emission device includes a substrate(110), a plurality of cathode electrodes(120), a plurality of gate electrodes(140), an insulating layer(130), an electron emission hole(131), and an electron emission source. The cathode electrodes are arranged on the substrate. The gate electrodes are disposed across the cathode electrodes. The insulating layer is formed between the cathode electrodes and the gate electrodes in order to insulate the cathode electrodes and the gate electrodes from each other. The electron emission source hole is formed at an intersection between the cathode electrode and the gate electrode. The electron emission source is arranged in the inside of the electron emission source hole.
