The hemostatic valve 3 is constituted by forming a valve hole slit 3a at the center of its front end face and forming a pusher socket 3b on the opening side of the rear end. The pusher socket 3b slidably and unremovably holds the outer periphery of the pusher 4. Air vent grooves 3c are formed on the outer periphery of the hemostatic valve 3.
