The turbine has fixed blades (4) and articulated blades (1) arranged in a symmetrical manner with respect to rotational axis. One of the articulated blades has an inner movable section (5) articulated to an outer movable section (7) of the other articulated blade in a manner to permit pivoting of the inner movable section around a vertical axis and to vary air actuating surface on each articulated blade. The fixed blades guide flow of air for obtaining pressure difference generating horizontal forces combined with dynamic pressure force acting on the fixed blades in working position.
