Each frangible portion comprises a precut pellet defined by two banana-shaped symmetrical portions on ending located a distance from the periphery. The ends of symmetrical portions are prolonged by the drilling of several small tangential holes forming a pyramid or arc, whose apex is formed by a hole located between the two arms of the U. An intermediate layer comprising an adhesive insulating film is interposed between the crackable blister and the platelet around the peripheral edge of the frangible portion.
