The device (A) has a tubular puncture site (1) perforated multiples times over entire length, where the tubular puncture site is connected with a flexible tube (3) connected to a vascular system in a sealed manner. The puncture site comprises a flexible manifold sealed to liquids e.g. blood, where the puncture site is supported by an armature constituted by rigid spires for permitting deformation of the puncture site. The armature is made of a polymer or a metal. The flexible manifold comprises a microporous fabric, which is an expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).
