The device has two removable fins (1, 1a) articulated at vertical ends by an installation, where the fins are made of impermeable elastic textiles (2, 2a). The fins are suspended to a carrier frame constituted by three articulated elements (3-3b) and four textile self-fastening straps (4-4c) that fix the carrier frame to a foot and a leg. The length and width of the fins are equal to the length and width of the carrier frame. The straps are adapted by half on a plantar base. An assembly made of plastic material is formed by articulation of the fins and the carrier frame.
