The boat has a floating unit comprising a float (5) that is connected to or integrated into a frame (9) i.e. rigid hull, or a seat (3). The float assures unsinkability of the boat. The float with propulsion is assured at beginning of a muscular effort provided by a user (1) on a pedal (4), where an axis of rotation (6) of the pedal is situated in a prolonged length of legs of the user under a water line (2) according to a realization mode. The axis of rotation of the pedal is close to the water line according to the realization mode. The frame is manufactured from a composite material and by plastic molding.
