The stilt has a fixation unit constituted of a support sole (4) for supporting a foot of a user. The support sole is fixed at a lower end of an upper tube (1). An upper attachment (5) is fixed at an upper end of the upper tube to receive an upper part of a leg of the user. The sole is arranged in horizontal state and the stilt is inclined with respect to vertical, in utilization position such that a bearing pad (20) is situated under the sole over a major part of course of a lower tube (2) with respect to the upper tube.
