The method involves interpolating a deformation function within a tetrahedral mesh issued from a triangulation process. A hybrid Cartesian mesh is generated in a mark by constricting a transition mesh confirmed between the hybrid Cartesian mesh and the tetrahedral mesh. The hybrid Cartesian mesh is deformed by calculating coordinates of top nodes in the mark using reciprocal of the deformation function. Fluid flow is modelized using the hybrid Cartesian and tetrahedral meshes in a flow simulator.
